Promote the music affiliate program that makes you the most money. It does not matter if the niche has a huge amount of traffic but low conversions, or if it has a large payout with less traffic.
If it makes you the most money, promote it over the others. You can also take into account where the traffic is coming from, if you have a longer period with that niche if you trust a certain merchant more than another, or if they make your life easier as well.
Like other affiliate programs, a typical payout for a digital product is 50% to 70%. Physical products are around 7%. 10% would be great, especially if you are selling $20,000 products! Remember that re-billing can be great, but you need to make sure it’s got a good conversion because, without the initial sale, there will be no one to re-bill!
If you have traffic that converts mp3 download sites with one payout, you are probably doing it for the heavy amount of traffic. Sometimes a coupon deal can help you gain that edge over the competition, or have a bonus that the merchant has agreed to. Perhaps make a few sales first to show the merchant you mean business.
