Following the OTOs (Time Offers) that pop up after you have bought a program that tells you that in this program are ALL the answers to ALL your questions. All that you will ever need to become a multi-millionaire in two weeks. It may even be free or a minimum charge is applied so you feel that you have finally managed to buy the Holy Grail.
Then, when you get into the program, WOW, wonder of wonders? An OTO is telling you that if you pay some more money to this marketing Guru he will tell you the answers to the questions that you have never thought of asking and so on ad nauseam.
